There's a dragon on the Storm Coast called Vinsomer. I want to be that.

You'll have to pick which one you want to be first. But we'll probably need face paints no matter what.

They're a type of animal. They burrow, and they have a white streak on their face.

[She can nearly imagine them inside tree trunks, too, these badgers of Derrica's. (Her best guess is somewhat dog-shaped, but with larger paws.)]

I think I would prefer a cat. Or an acrobat.

I think you'd make a good cat. We could paint whiskers on your face.

Then I would not have to wear a mask.

That's what I thought as well. We can find you something to make little ears to put in your hair, and that'll take care of it.
